IT Service Centre uses the software ‘Team Viewer’ to provide remote assistance and technical support. Features of this software include: |

- Easy to use and totally secure. You are in full control and can end the session at any time.
- Completely secure data channels with key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding, the same security standard used in HTTPS/SSL.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems remotely.
- Allow your support representative to view or control your desktop.
- Transfer files via direct transfer to or from the support representative (optional).

Remote Connection |

When you have agreed to use our remote service you will need to initiate a secure connection with one of our support engineers. In order to create this connection, you will download a module to your system that will communicate with our engineer’s computer. You can download this module for PC and MAC.

REFUND / CANCELLATION
IT Service Centre is not able to give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind about a product you have purchased once you receive it from us. In the case of a full refund for faulty goods, the full product purchase price (excluding any postage you may have paid when placing your order with us) will be refunded in full.
In case of our design i.e. Logo and web design we do not give refund once the order is accepted unless you cancel your order within 24 hours however we give 100% satisfaction guarantee which means that we will keep on working on your design until you are satisfied.
