Frequently asked questions
Can you help with Revit, AutoCAD, Archicad or other design software?
We look after the workstation hardware, Windows setup, network access, storage and user accounts these applications need, whatever you're running. Anything specific to the design software or its licensing usually still needs the supplier.
Can you improve performance when working with large project files?
In most cases. We check workstations, switches, cabling, Wi‑Fi, internet and storage paths to work out whether the bottleneck is your hardware, your network, or the cloud connection itself.
Can you set up a new architecture or design studio?
